Whatever your passion is, hybrid it with that?. So many nerdy *******s out there I would be hesitant to do pure computer science without further direction. Many companies just out source this chit. Have a path before you jump in balls deep.

how does one "hybrid"
like what do you mean by that word

In this context, is it a synonym for "specialize?"

yes. think about it, imagine how many nerdy *******s are interviewing at google for some chit position. 1000's of dudes taking nerdy job interview tests and chit. I 'd just steer clear of that. Saturated balls deep. Just know what you are going to do with the degree, once you get it.

tradie/blue collar work is the only thing left that still needs masses of workers. but thats mostly cuz you are a manual labourcel. you will have to abuse your body because robots arent that good yet.

Im questioning it myself. Im half way through one as a second bachelors. I really think college may be worthless for anything other than a licensed profession where you HAVE to go to college (MD, pharmacist, etc…). Im at the point though where i just think i should finish it rather than walk away.
