PSA : How to report inappropriate users?

There seems to be a lot whining in the R&P subsection about other users who people do or do not agree with...

I figured I would volunteer my time to educate people on certain features of the forum.

There's no red flag anywhere on my forum interface.

And what you're suggesting does not have anything to do with "reporting inappropriate users"... If anything, it creates more "inappropriate users" when they start publicly whining upon receiving their gift.
