How long can you balance on one foot for?

Well?
I can do 2 minutes on each leg.

Yes, but I did mine without hopping. HOWEVER, I practice this as a lower leg strengthening exercise and am working up to 3 minutes without touching anything for balance period. I started off at 60 sec, I think.

Massive foot burn.

you should aim to balance on each leg for a total of 3 minutes a day.
like how this guy is going:


I've switched to putting couch pillows on the floor and balancing on them. Noticed it translates to an increased balance outside of the gym.
