For OP, I think the idea of juice cleansers is stupid. Your body doesn't need juice to clean chit out of your body. Your liver and kidneys do that. If you just lay off the crappy food by virtue of drinking juice you're just giving your body a break from the onslaught of chit.

You feel better because of the vitamins you're getting, not because of some magical cleansing potion. It's really the absense of chit in your system.

There are numerous religions that predate Christianity that share many similar characteristics with Christianity. IMO, it's more likely that most religions worship the same God, and that human society, culture, and time has precipitated the formation of numerous sects of the same religion.

- to progress in the occult/hinduism I was asked by the guru to renounce Jesus Christ as God

Why would a pagan religion require for one to renounce Jesus Christ unless He truly is God?

Christianity, Islam and Judaism worship the same God, but the religions that they ripped off clearly don't. Much of the stories that the Abrahamic texts appropriated are from polytheistic religions.

One that I have seen a shocking number of people seem to believe is that fat is lost as heat. It's mindblowing. Your stomach isn't a nuclear reactor. Fat is mostly broken down and lost as water and as CO2 that you breathe out. There is also some of it processed and excreted in your stool. It's crazy how many people seem to think it is burned off somehow and lost as heat.

Not saying any of this to be insulting, but I've heard all of that a thousand times before. I was over it by about the 8th grade. I'm not against religion, but people who get that serious about it... like I said, been there, done that, was over it before I was even an adult
