Well let's be real, we'll all still be miscing with time that would almost certainly be better devoted to other activities, or not splitting our attention between here and real life things

1. Do a workout.
2. Work on writing an article.
3. Do some reading of journals.
4. Listen to a lecture.
5. Improve my bedroom aesthetic for better sleep (light a scented candle, pick up clothing, avoid screens an hour before bed time etc.)

I, along with a bunch of other people, use screens as part of my "wind down" routine. Several therapists I know now recommend to use screens/technology before bed IF it relaxes you/works for you.

1. Drink away my sorrows
2. Do some yoga to make up for the drinking
3. Cry
It's 2024. All 3 are considered self improvement activities

I will ignore other people’s opinions like my life depends on it.

Same as every other day.
1. Go to the gym
2. Have lunch with wife
3. Spend time with my kids
4. Go to BJJ with kids
5. Work on staying present throughout it all
Rinse and repeat.

Lift weights and clean some stuff in the garage.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
