How much water DO you drink a day? How much water SHOULD you drink a day?

whats going on guys, RainingBlood here with another misc gameplay.

The Mayo Clinic recommends that for the average person (not someone who is active) living in a temperate climate (the definition of temperate is "showing moderation or self-restraint,"):
Males: 15.5 cups = 3.7 L = 124 ounces
Females: 11.5 cups = 2.7 L = 92 ounces

Hotter/colder climates and people who are active need to drink even more.

Harvard recommends:

I have a 32 oz hydroflask (do you gaiz recommend Stanley mug) that I find to be difficult af to drink and refill 4x a day. wtf

It's not about how much water you drink, it's how much you retain. There's no reason to drink a ton of water if you're not thirsty.

Minimum of 1 gallon of water. Figure that milk, energy drink, beer, etc count for some water as well
