I believe cals in vs cals out but I legit feel 10x better when I eat healthy consistently. I’m older at 35 though. Didn’t notice it as much when I was in my 20’s

When I was on Keto my skin was so dewy from all the healthy fats and my hair was curly, shiny and strong. I felt like a champ, had mental clarity and energy for days

Feel a little less groggy
Also much easier to keep my weight where I want it (since a lot of healthier foods are less calories)

It probably means different things to different people, but for me it means eating clean. Non processed foods, no processed sugars, avoid foods with added chemicals and preservatives. Basically stick to meat and veggies and get carbs from a good source.
