Their = possessive. Used when describing what belongs to someone else or a part of them.

Their house. Their dogs. Their eyes.

They’re = contraction of “they are.” Only use when “they are” would make sense.

They’re coming over tonight. They’re posting on a dying gay Indian bodybuilding forum.

There = used when the ones above aren’t applicable.

We are going there tonight. There is no Dana, only Zuul.

yeah, I've looked up the differences a million times learned all sorts of tricks to memorizing them but still get them mixed up, lol.

There are many effects from utilizing their practices that they're attempting to implement but in principle they're affecting moral in a negative connotation, so we in formed them they can take their asses somewhere else because our principal is only thing that matters.
