Asking a favor from the devil is like taking a loan from the mob
It rarely ends well

If hexes were a real thing for adults to worry about, then it'd be people who are toxic in relationships.
If you ever date a woman with borderline personality disorder, your life will forever be changed (vice versa would be a physically/emotionally abusive boyfriend).
And the younger you are when it happens, and the longer you stay in the relationship, the stronger the curse.

BPD/NPD are said to be dissociative disorders, so when a person was going through trauma and disassociated to 'go the their happy place', something sinister snuck into their body.

I don't believe hexes are real. I had a girl at work falsely accuse me of sexual harassment which caused me a lot of problems at work, if hexes were real I'd put one on her, but they're not. I'm professional at work and never flirt with girls or ask for their number or ask them out or anything like that, so me getting accused is ridiculous.
