California fast food workers loving their pay increases
Thanks to Democrat Presidential hopeful Gavin Newson, fast food workers in California are enjoying their bumper pay increases to $20ph+ by having all day to spend their increases
Oh wait.....
Newsom over the years has practically destroyed the city of San Francisco from allegedly being the 5th largest economy in the world to being $89bn in debt. Horrendous schools, high crime and a once thriving Powell street/Union square tourist area with no businesses open. a stench of urine and shi7 wherever you walk
Imagine him being President and this coming to an area near you. The equivalent of the Biden boom I guess

1. If they're being paid $15/hr, their salary isn't jumping to $20/hr on april 1st. Its going up by $1 per year until it reaches $20/hr
2. Most areas in San Diego/Los Angeles and San Francisco already pay $20/hr. I know that Chick Fil A, In-N-Out, Shake Shack, and some McDonalds locations already pay that rate.

What's the point really, with automation soon taking over? Like I said before, do we really need a cashier? Nope, replace them with a kiosk, and make sure you're a cashless business. You ensure the place won't be robbed, and you just eliminated numerous jobs. All you really need are the cooks, and maybe somene to clean up the place.

Automation is right around the corner for you, and then you’re fuk’d.

Its crazy that they can have guys with doctorates in finance and business from the most prestigious universities in the world but somehow these same people cant see the consequences of these stupid policies.

The smart ones knew the first thing that would happen is that companies will start terminating people - lots of people.
I did. Labor is the #1 expense. First to trim. This will happen everywhere the libs get their wish and then have it blow up in their ignorant dumbass faces.

This was inevitably going to happen even if minimum wage was still $5.

How many in Chicago would vote for a politician running on a platform of removing/reducing police pensions?? Is 60% too low of a percentage?
We live in a representative democracy, meaning, all it takes is 51% of the vote to take away everything you/I have or will ever have.

Look at Walmart, you have two employees watching people at the self checkout, instead of paying 10-12 cashiers.
