Is there a big political divide between actual soldiers and the rest of the military?

It seems like everywhere I turn, there is another story about the Army/Navy/Air Force recruiting woke liberals. But I can't imagine that profile fitting guys in infantry or other combat roles. I assume all the "Ze/Zir" applicants are in technology/admin/etc.

Am I right? Or am I wrong and are we going to fight China with a bunch of tranny special forces soldiers?

the military recruiting numbers are so bad that they will take whoever they can get

they already annoyed white conservative types to the point that those kids are all just becoming tradies now and avoiding the military.

also after decades of muslim sympathizing propaganda the left wing ze/zirs a lot of them are all stuck on the free palestine gimmick.


Its so bad the army closed a bunch of jobs they knew they could never fill to make their shortfall numbers look better.


The only people joining are the ones who need a job/benefits/check. Its basically working class mexicans and blacks who arent on welfare or are trying to escape welfare. They are there because it was the best offer available to them. Their effort in an actual war will reflect that. aka we are fuked.

I just listened to an E7 bitching the other day about his people, he was forced by senior leadership to give them the mandatory mental health training and he is saying the zoomers are all pussies and cry when they cant get on their phones, they call out of work or complain if they get yelled at by senior enlisted leaders. He specifically mentioned how fuked we are if we have to go to war with china in a few years. he also claimed his belief the majority fake mental health issues to get out of work but he has to put on the poker face and act like a puppet to give required trainings.


Its a chit show.

I've been retired a couple years now, but my entire career, no one really talked about politics. It was not divisive. No one really cared or got emotional about it. It must be a new generational thing trying to divide.

It did seem most the Combat Arms jobs leaned conservative, but then again most combat arms troops were white.

Military is desperate for recruits. Usually recruits come from prior service family members and people want to serve just as they did. Veterans no longer recommend the military. It's gone woke.

It's now just a hot bed of "mental illness" and wokeness...which is another reason so many military aged men are crossing the border. In order to gain citizenship, they'll likely join our military, many already do. Then we're fuked.

When I was in there was a big seperation between the actual troops and the higher ups.

You would roll your eyes every time they came up with yet another stupid idea.

The actual workers are mostly just normal people like we are. they like partying and drinking beer and doing guy stuff. the higher the rank like admiral and such, the more they turn into politicians. They took forever to get there and they know that if they arent playing politics then they wont go any higher.

They are also looking at high level positions outside of the military where that stupid stuff seems to be valued. Do you ever hearof some hardcore general type getting hired to be a ceo? usually its the pussy ones who played politics.

Most times you do the mission despite the leadership, not because of it. A lot of time is invested in each task trying to just get it done and not having to have a million meetings and forms to sign, the paperwork and hassle can make times take longer than the tasks.

there was no such thing as a day off in the infantry field.

theres no way thats changed- it wasnt like you could just call out- I'd say the combat jobs are fine. 9/10 if not more were conservative. Infantry slots were tough to get so I'd assume everyone wants to be there.

they are not the in shape high IQ white guys from ww2. Not only that but the Chinese military is gigantic compared to the USA's, plus more technologically advanced.
And the Chinese are ultra nationalists. In other words they are ready to kill rape and die for China, high IQ, highly educated. Makes me jealous Whites aren't allowed to have a nation like that anymore because of the 6 million pairs of shoes.
America's average soldier is just a high school dropout waiting for his/they/thems next paycheck so they can make a payment on their hellcat or tacoma.


China would wipe the floor with the USA if they actually wanted to, luckily for us China has only shown it wishes to be a merchant empire and sale us quality goods for a fair price.
