Recurring tension headaches - wut do

Have had these on and off since 2022, only way id get rid of them was if I took several weeks off of the gym, but they would always flare up again eventually.

I drink enough, stretch my neck, massage, etc, but to avail.

Anyone had these and have been able to fix them?
