Podcasts are so oversaturated today it takes over 100 episodes to get any traction whatsoever. I have a ton of fitness people I know who have all started them, but they have less than a dozen episodes and only post one every 4-6 weeks, which isn't going to go anywhere. Plus they are a massive time sink.

The Mindpump guys did a podcast every day for three years before they started to get any traction.
