How to soundproof a whole room to the people outside? (nothing illegal going on here)

Wut do? Would a whole layer of accoustic foam around the crib aside from windows make it silent?
Trying to block all my noice, bout 60-70decibels.

Thinking about layers of the chit combined with plywood.
Acoustic foam first layer, then plywood the bish up. Another set of foam.
