Pretty sure most chefs have some kind of addiction/mental disorder

Who in their right mind would want to work brutal split shifts day in day out missing bank holidays and weekends etc for piss pay

Worked as a kp as a teenager and most of the chefs were complete coke fiends or alcoholics
