I feel like I drank 20 cups of coffee.

I have severe dry mouth, skin burning from the inside, pounding heart. My heart rate was 130 resting.

I’m just drinking protein shakes as I feel like I’m going to choke. I choked on food on Thursday. I’ve had this dry mouth for 2 weeks.

I started meditating on Saturday and it helped doing it daily. I’ve done it for an hour in 20 minute spurts and worked temporarily. But my heart is still pounding and I’m so dizzy.

I’m tapering off of an anti-psychotic that I take for anxiety. I had anxiety last year when I tapered so she is trying to do it slower this time.

I’m afraid the ER will just give me a benzo and send me home.

Making a thread on the Misc does seem like a better idea.
