Im 5 weeks post distal bicep tear sugery AMA
Was wrestling a buddy during ufc 299. Tried to lift him and my left arm just popped. Ran to the mirror to see if it sucked up like you see on youtube. It never did. Saw a surgeon 5 days later. Had surgery the next day.
