Realized i need to evolve

The way i looked at it, is if i didnt do anything, i wouldnt move ahead. This sounds bad but moving ahead is harder. So i thought i could keep things stable. The problem is there is no stability. You actually end up doing downhill if you dont do anything. So you either go downhill bad, go downhill somewhat or go uphill through pain.
