I've legit known many people about that size, known is key here as many of them have died.

One comes to mind, surprisingly he lived to late seventies (age), everyone of his relatives is/was huge but he was the fattest out of all them, lived off balogna and wieners, sometimes he would eat chicken/eggs/apples as well, the guy was like 450 pounds and spent his days watching tv and eating balogna and weiners, eventually his kidneys gave out from diabetes and he died in hospital.
