Why don't Republican women post in this forum? Do they not want to argue with liberal

Ok another question. Vast majority of White elementary school and preschool/Kindergarten teachers in large U.S. cities are Democrats, right? Is it because Republican White women don't want to work a job where the majority are Democrats? Then that would be a good reason for them to be actively posting here.
