I'm an introvert, and as weird as it sounds, Sales has worked out great for me.

Obviously I'm not as introverted as some, but you'd be surprised to find out that the best salesmen are usually introverted.

I work in broadcasting, mostly as a Master Control Op. You start out on overnights in Master Control and are pretty much there by yourself. Sometimes you have to talk on the intercom to the control room during live shows, though.

IT and its sub-fields. The only exception of course is "IT Help Desk" or other customer-facing type of work.

Just keep in mind that being a social autist you'll be inclined to limit your effective growth at a company. By foregoing extra social oriented responsibilities (presentations, project management with other teams, management type of job roles, etc.) you'll be effectively limiting your potential income tbh, or feel inclined to "jump ship" if you get noticed for being excellent and your management keeps dumping those responsibilities on you regardless of your opinion.

This is why it kinda helps to company hop every few years. You get the grace period of being new at a company for chunks of time, and not be expected to hold big presentations and similar responsibilities. If you stay somewhere too long, you'll be called out eventually for either insufficient performance and growth, or otherwise because you're excellent but might be saying "no thanks" to responsibility requests and changes.

Have you considered the custodial arts at an adult entertainment center? aka jizz mopper?





On a serious note I don't think introverts are as limited as they think they are in jobs.

The only way to stop being an introvert is to put yourself in situations that force you to be social. Get a job that does such.

You don’t grow as a human being without struggle. Stop being a weak ass bitch.
