I’ve been dealing with it for the past 3 weeks. I went to urgent care and they injected me, gave me muscle relaxants and naproxen.
1. Cold/hot therapy
2. Look up stretches on YouTube
3. Rest
Seem simple but i feel so much better now

Ther eis a 90% chance its tight glutes causing it.
Take a week to stretch them out and I bet your back pain will magically fade away. srs

How do you weirdos develop back pain? Lmao.
The few time I've ever gotten back pain was when I helped people moved and back started hurting the next couple days and but goes away for good.

The first exercise i do every single time i go to the gym is the low back machine, then ab machines.
Then the real workout begins.

Once you have had that nerve or electrical pain, you never want it again.

I mean you will find a way to cope or rope
It doesn’t go away
I do a yoga/stretching routine but sometimes inflammation or some chit happens and i just get completely fuked.
Still wild to me rickson was doing pride fights with over 5 herniated discs.

Go to a good chiropractor, avoid sitting, go to physical therapy and learn all the exercises and stretches, then continue to do them yourself at home every day several times,
stop squatting, deadlifting, and leg pressing, start doing properly executed hyper extensions, This will strengthen the vulnerable area,
for now just to get over that pain bump go ahead and take some Aleve or whatever, then try to switch to more natural painkillers like arnica and turmeric, and of course put Arnica cream ice heat on your back and whatever else you can think of,
Hang from a pull-up bar several times per day and kind of wiggle around and wobble back-and-forth, this will relieve the pressure and align your spine,
reverse Hypes are a very good exercise for this as well,
If you can find a good legit actual Chinese acupuncturist, that also helps many people,
PRP injections and stem Cell therapy are great for this as well, PRP will only cost you about 800 bucks, but it’s going to be very important for you to actually go and get one, because you’re gonna be told by various retards that it doesn’t work for lower back, Try to ignore the retards, just go and get it done today.
Your diet has to be very anti-inflammatory, if you keep eating gluten, soy, sugar, grains, and garbage like Dairy, nuts, and fruits and vegetables, it’s just gonna make you more inflamed, your diet should be rare steak, ribeye, some eggs, bacon, lots of water and green tea, Anytime you put any garbage in your body, especially if it’s alcohol and smoking, your pain will get worse,
If you do all of the above, you should be great, I had a devastating lower back injury, so I had to do a lot of learning about this, now I am pain-free and without any surgery or any of that living with pain stuff that I was told by retard doctors.

Stretching and lower back exercises such as supermans virtually every time I hit the gym.

I've found a few foods will bring about back pain for me. One example is ginger. When i eat ginger I develop lower back pain. You might try a diet change to see if it bring relief.
