Use to be in Minnesota a pothead had to hide but now everywhere i go there is some pothead sitting in their car. Use to be the parking spots along the lake and memorial park it was just good Samaritans if none.. now theres always cars parked night or day. Well if not weed then meth. Problem is these are the most public spots so it bothers me. Should I just start calling the cops on them? They are still committing a DUI. At my apartment too theres a sign that weed isnt even allowed in the parking lot and not only ppl always sitting in their cars day or night but even the halls smell like it often from ppl too lazy or paranoid to go outside.

Its just annoying. For example this mornin I went to the lake to sit by it and enjoy my caffeine and sure enough some pothead (or other drug) in their car and this dude would not stop lookin at me through my tinted windows, probably paranoid.. finally i get out and bert stare him and he nods his head.. pfft if u dont want ppl comin around when ur trying to get ur fix how about goin to a place that isnt literally a public park off a main road? They are gettin too confident
