Puked all over myself yesterday coming home from the gym

Went and did a deadlift and back workout. Was driving home and in some bad traffic. Couldnt even pull over or open the door. Just puked all over the steering wheel and floorboards of my company issued work truck. Cleaned up some after but probably going to get it professionally detailed now. It was bad...

Happened to me a couple times in the past, too. Went full potato with hydration/preworkout/intraworkout/postworkout shakes. Had a preworkout shake. Then brought a gallon of Atomic 7 to sip on throughout the workout. Mid-through had a 3-scoop Universal Torrent intraworkout shake. Continued to sip on the Atomic 7 after. Got in the car and didn’t want to miss the “anabolic window” and chugged a 3-scoop whey shake. Fukking barfed all over the dashboard, windshield, steering wheel, center console, myself on the way home. Happened a couple more times before I cut the chit out of the routine.

I keep a garbage bag handy in the car at all times in case of a fluid emergency. Came in handy when driving drunk friends home in my 20s. Has saved my apolstery a couple of time when my daughter was car sick.

I've pulled out the window and out the door a lot of times. Can't remember in the car though. Still better than sharting yourself and having to ride your motorcycle home. That sucked.

That's a good idea. I've gotten lucky a few times and puked out the door. But that wasn't an option yesterday. I just let it rip and tried to keep my eyes on the road lmfao
