hospital fun

here I am, with a broken second toe (again), patiently in a small chair along the wall waiting for a doc. Across the hallway, nurse rolled in a hospital bed, the one with wheels and electric motors and all, with frail old man in it. Oxygen tubes, dripping IV - the whole works. Nurse started walking away, then turned around and said “I’ll be right back, don’t go anywhere”.
