I’m receiving threats to throw all of my stuff in the junkyard

Can someone legally do that?

I told husband I’m not moving out until the house is legally divided as I’m on the property title as well.

He said he would find a “cheap place for me to move to”. Again, why does he have the right to dictate my life?!

He just remodels the house and buys stuff without asking me. Now that I’m stabilized on meds after being in the behavioral health inpatient for 3 days I feel like I can fight him.

What if i come home from work and my stuff is gone? My friend suggested I take photos of all of my belongings. But still I don’t want to lose anything.

Thanks. I will take photos as when I was on a trip he threw a bunch of my clothes away but I have no record of them.

I took a sick day. The 72 hour hold lasted Sat-Tuesday am.

I had to take unpaid leave 24 years ago when I was in the eating disorder treatment center—same location. It’s so weird it took me 24 years to return!
