Experts say the daily shower has no proven health benefit, dismissing the dousing as a socially accepted practice geared toward staving off accusations of funkiness — as A-listers like Jake Gyllenhaal and Mila Kunis admit they’ve been saying no to the nozzle.

You don't need to shower everyday, but you absolutely should wash your ass daily. It's not even a question.

Most Americans just dry wipe. That + not showering is REALLY FUKING DISGUSTING. Angloids are already bad enough because they stink due to their inferior genetic defect making them need deodorant, but FFS.

Showering everyday is terrible for your skin and hair. Yet miscrs take 2-3 showers a day and wonder why they are going bald.

Washing hair daily is probably unwise. Showering depends, when I stick to cold showers my skin is healthy as can be. Hot showers? Seems like I've always got some weird blotch or blemish on my back constantly.
