Anyone been watching Shogun?

MISC might enjoy it….. based and the violence is pretty good. They’ve done a good job adapting the book so far.

was pretty good, nice looking aesthetically of feudal japan but kinda slow asf

The ending was terrible, the first 3 episodes carry the series.

Saw it. It was good though the story didn't make much sense.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

It is pretty good. Not great. I saw the original series and thought it was better. The white actor in this series is not nearly as good as the guy in the original. He seems very stiff. Almost like a Bane character playing a role as this guy.

I do think the Japanese actress playing Mariko is very attractive. Great eyes. Thought the same in the Godzilla series she is in.

Watch some of the K dramas. They are much MUCH better imo.

I had given hope for Netflix to release any premium TV shows or movies. As they green lit absolutely anything and everything as all studios pull their content towards their own services.

They had a chance to maintain the Netflix Original as a badge of guarantee top tier content like HBO series, but they dun goofed.


That said, I been hearing nothing but great things and convinced enough to start it later this week.
