Long story short we have this one person at work that is unattractive but sometimes she is fun to talk with. Almost like one of the boys. We were talking about BDSM stuff because she brought up the fact that one of the items in our cleaning closet looked like a "flogger" We then proceeded to talk about whips, belts, etc in a joking way and even the movie 50 shades of grey. I decided to pull out my phone and show her a picture of my belt wrapped around a girl's hands (she was fully clothed). Everything seemed normal. The next day the boss calls me into his office and tells me to take a seat. He said that there was a complaint regarding a picture I showed so and so on my phone and that it made them very uncomfortable. He said that it falls under the scope of sexual harrassment and that I should have known better since I recently took an online training. I wasnt penalized but this was just a warning. Moving forward, should I even talk to the person who reported me? I am so pissed. And now my relationship with the boss seems awkward
