about to get a new pc build, nvidia 4070 super vs amd 7800 xt

what pc specs are you running? what gpu do you have and how does it fare?

i have a budget of about 1300$, lower would be better but overall im just trying to 'future' proof myself for the next 3-4 years while being able to run whatever the **** at full hd ultra setted, im wondering if the 4070 super is a bit overkill because my monitors/pc are full hd, not even 1440p, and so im dubiuos if i could save some money with an alternative or i should just pull the trigger on the 4070 super

so my question is doublefold; what pc/gpu do you have now, and what would you get if you wanted to spend 1400$ right now
