Were the Incas less brutal than then Aztecs?

In south America you don't seem to get the same level of inhumane violence that is coming out of Mexico with organised crime..

Aztecs were more oppressive to other tribes..both were brutal.

Incas were notorious for crossdressing and giving ass.

In 2023, the highest homicide rate among 20 Latin American and Caribbean countries surveyed was in Jamaica, with around 60.9 murders committed per 100,000 inhabitants. Ecuador came in second, with a homicide rate of 44.5, while Honduras ranked fifth, with 31.1.
