fukked up lower back, how to fix?
It doesn't hurt most of the time, I can OHP 185+ without any pain, but putting 135 to squat hurts my lower spine.
Was at sixflags doing rollercoasters last month, and that fukkin hurt and probably made things worse, but thats something fat fuks and nonlifters do without pain
I have no loss of motion or pain while doing anything, can still function, but it feels like my spine is fukked up
