Should I quit my job and live frugally?

I miss my teen days when I didn’t have anxiety and depression of doing a job I don’t care about and dealing with coworkers and bosses

Moving up in a career will make me afford more stuff but is it worth trading my mental health?

thats the grind bro, if your skills and profession are easily marketable and you wouldnt have trouble finding another job in the future id say go for it. live a little. if not at 31, when?
