Me.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

I lift 4 days per week and swim the other 3.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......

Only way I can have enough energy to do legs and shoulders on the same day is if I don't squat or deadlift srs

About the same, age catching up to me

No 6x per week like I used to. Iโ€™m better balanced now tbh, running and lifting, and more calisthenics.

I train six days, actually six days a week. Five days a week, Iโ€™ll train three days a week. One of those days I will train two days of the week. So, six days a week I will be training.

why don' t you just do back, bis, rear delt and chest, tris, side delts ? then you don't have to work your shoulders with shaking legs.
