Pack of cigarettes.

I've suffered from more than one addiction in my life and smoking is by FAR by FAR been the hardest one to quit.

Worst part of it is there is no upside to smoking. Unlike some other addictions which of course are bad but they at least deliver some type of relief or makes you happy in some ways. With cigarettes it's nothing but a waste of money and wreacking havoc on your lungs and heart.

As hard as it is if you think about it honestly think about and honestly answer it its pure weakness to not quit. How can one sugar coat it. It makes you feel weak and you are weak if you can't just do it.

I quit smoking cigarettes back in 96. Went outside to smoke one and after I finished, balled the pack up and threw them in the trash. Never smoked another cigarette since.


I do smoke cigars here and there.
