I've been cutting and getting lean now and the difference is night and day. Not just about body, I'm talking about the face. My bones are becoming visible and my whole face looks more chiseled. Women respond much better to me than when I was bloated at a "normal" body fat. I've caught some staring at my face in public which never happened when I was at 20% body fat. I guess it's good for me that so many guys choose to stay bloated.
