Can't cut my grass without getting bit by LYME infected fukking ticks

Stood out in my yard for 10 mins last week, 30 mins later pulled a tick out of my arm

Thought hm I better prepare myself. Sprayed my clothes in permethrin and cut the grass a week later in PERMETHRIN treated clothes. Shower right after, wait what's that little thing on my leg?

Can't even tell what it is. I almost let it go thinking it's a little scab. Decide na I'll use tweezers just in case. A tiny ****in baby tick!

So... What the F*CK do I do if I can't even cut my own grass without getting fukking MOLESTED by government tweaked LYME infected ticks?

Any ideas?
