how long until established societies reject technology and opt for a simple life?
does anyone else think the next 20-30 years will be quite damning in exposing the effects of social media and over exposure to technology on individuals from young age through to adult life. I think we are already seeing a generation in decline, lack of motivation, passion or desire to grow.
Im curious how long until we start to see pockets of individuals from established 1st world economies opt to take a step back from the use of technology etc. Forming societies which live a more simple and nomadic life. Nothing too basic but more in line with say 2005-2012. Kids using school books again instead of ipads. Board games instead of mobile games. Office working instead of WFH. Etc etc.

I appreciate well thought out subtle trolling.
