Just inherited my great great grandmother’s piano (pics) (neat)

Chickering Spinet Upright Piano. Serial number dates it at 1865. Been continuously tuned and maintained through its life. Piano is mahogany with elephant ivory keys:

Cool, I'd like to get a acoustic but it's out of the question unfortunately because of my living environment
