Wrecked my back rock climbing and depressed af
Was getting over a minor strain in lower back the last couple months and was taking it easy bouldering at a a gym, but got stuck near the top of the wall and slipped and fell.
Tried to roll with the momentum but when I landed on my feet felt/heard a crunching sound in lower back
Can’t even stand up today without support and even then it’s super painful. Pretty sure I’m going to need surgery this time
I’m in my mid-thirties now and not sure I’ll ever recover from this. I’m very active hiking, climbing, hunting, mma and not being able to do those again just sounds miserable.
Not to mention, just broke up with fiancé and was looking forward to dating younger women but who’s going to want to date a cripple
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck
