Peanut butter on apples... or ice cold milk with corn flakes and sliced up mango.

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

When I'm cutting I will eat an entire pineapple or pound of blueberries if I have a sweet tooth. Yes it's a lot of "sugar" but it's fructose, doesn't spike insulin and is low calories. Having ice cream or manmade foods is just going to spark your appetite to get more hungry. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

If you are cutting, you want the lowest calorie sweet foods for dessert.

low calorie fruits are the best, like strawberries.

if you want unhealthy, then hershey kiss = 17 calories.

medjool dates dipped into peanut butter

or just medjool dates.

Trader Joe's also has a birthday cake gelato which i think is somewhere around 700 cals for the entire container. It's been a while since i bought it, so dk if it's been discontinued or not, but I used to just take a couple spoonfuls into a bowl. Prob between 100-200 cals.

Abolute best for me is Yoghurt (unsweetened), add pure stevia, a few cashews, some crushed peanuts, a few sultanas/raisins, dried cranberries, goji berries, some pepitas or other seeds, sometimes ill chuck in some chopped fruit or rasberries, blackberries blueberries or I sometimes blend fruit like strawberries in with the stevia.

And if you are feeling really wild a teaspoon or two of jam/jelly is a nice touch. Honey obviously but this stuff bumps the calories a lot for what you get back.

I also make my own probiotic yogurt in 6L batches so I eat about 0.5L of this chit every night.

When I buy it, I'll add flavoured Kefir, Filmjölk or both as well.

Fkn hnnnng a big bowl is better than ice cream cos I dont feel as bad for eating it and it's healthy as fark.
