Who here does bro splits?
I've found over the years this just works best for me and is most enjoyable. Don't feel like doing two large groups in a day.
This is what I do now, with a home weight setup.
Day 1 - shoulders
Day 2 - Legs
Day 3 - rest
Day 4 - chest
Day 5 - back
Day 6,7 - rest
But also doing my own thing where I workout multiple times of the day. In the main workout I only take 60 seconds rests between sets, and start with weight I can do 10 good form reps with on the main exercise. 2 sets with that weight, then remove 20 lbs, 2 more sets, then remove 20 lbs, so 6 total sets. Then 4 additional sets of 1 or 2 other exercises.
Then throughout the day, I'll have the main exercise heaviest weight I started with, and do a set now and then throughout the day, until I have up to 15-20 sets for the day, which includes the 10 from the main workout.
Anyone do something like that?
