At least 2/3 of the "Ukraine" aid is going to black programs. Srs
Two stats:
1) we have supposedly provided Ukraine with $106 billion in military aid now.
2) our entire annual munitions production is only $30 billion
There is literally no way we have shipped a fraction of the munitions to Ukraine that we're authorizing the budget for.
My theory is that it's either going to find the UAP/UFO development, or something like Manta Rayhttps://www.darpa.mil/program/manta-ray
