Give your brisket recipe
I got this brisket piece in the freezer that I need to do something with, any of you guys have any good easy recipe?
I tried to look up online and it’s horrible, some weird procedures with put water here put this over there wrap this in aluminum foil that this and then cook for 90 minutes and then put in the oven for 90 minutes and then it’s just ridiculous, is there a way to just do this easily? I don’t have a smoker, I just have a regular Barbecue grill for charcoal as well as a normal oven and stove top,
Will rep, thanks bros

Key to great brisket is low and slow. Brisket was actually considered a chitty cut of meat until someone figured out the proper way to cook it, and now we all enjoy some good brisket.
Definitely cook in a smoker if you have one. If just in a kitchen, smother it in a good rub and cook it for an hour per lb of meat. Halfway through, get it out and wrap it in foil and throw some liquid smoke onto it.
If it is still dry you can throw it back in for another hour or two. Brisket is also a good choice to blend in with other cuts of meat to make great hamburger patties (my other two cuts of choice are chuck and some nicer cut like Wagyu or Scotch or a NY).

Back off, Warchild.
Seriously.

You don’t want to cook brisket on a bbq grill. Either a smoker or the oven.

Rub it with yellow mustard, then season with black pepper that isn't coursed and salt. Smoke until 160ish on the smoker, the wrap with butcher paper until 200-204. Depending on the size, it should take 8-12 hours. Then I wrap it in a bathroom towel and place in in a cooler for about 3 hours.

I don’t have any pics of my brisket but here are two butts, same method, low and slow. Everyone loves my meat. Pellet smoker is super easy too.

1st question, OP - do you have a smoker? If no, just go ahead and throw that brisket away and free up some real estate in your fridge. If yes, just follow this guy's directions (other than the part where he says to smoke it fat side up):
