Addicted to weed brahs. How do you manage?

My neighbor is an absolute degenerate.

I went to work at 7am this morning and he was outside smoking weed. Its now just about 9pm and hes STILL outside smoking dope.

He will continue until about 1am.

Every day. This mans an absolute loser in every sense of the word. Early 30s. Has 2 kids and he sits on his patio all day every day smoking weed.. coughing his lungs out to the point of almost vomiting.

How is this possible?

I don't smoke weed but when i did 2 puffs would have me in outer space for 6 hours. I would be WRECKED.

I honestly cannot imagine living life this way.
