you r broke.
invest in a life insurance
dividended stocks
or just look into how to eliminate a % of your cash before spending

at least 12-24 of income should be saved.

to save you need to assin
before assing out.

Houses are cheaper if you buy in bulk

Like per house it’s way cheaper to get 4 or 5 built compared to buying them one at a time

Don't eat out. Buy in bulk. Buy a bidet to reduce tp use. Don't drive anywhere unless you need to.. Don't run your ac or heater. Wear clothes until they tear. Same for shoes. Pirate everything. Don't date. Live with parents. Ez brokie/gigajew lifestyle. Put everything you make in Nvidia. Retire after 5 yrs working.
