How accurate is the location tracking on GRINDR? (no homo)

Anyone know how accurate the location setting is on the GRINDR app? I'm just scoping things out to see if there are any cute femboys/twinks around but I don't want some random ****gts showing up at my house. Is the location approximate or exact?
