Everytime I crave a cigarette, I drink a soft drink or a juice instead…

And the craving of cigarette goes away…I keep on doing that now…and my cigarette consumption has gone down by 50%…

5 everyday…

Couple of years ago it was 10 everyday…then I reduced it one by one on daily basis….now I have reached 5 everyday….

It can be boring sometimes…but it contributes to the overall lesser stress levels…
