Everytime I crave a cigarette, I drink a soft drink or a juice instead...

And the craving of cigarette goes away...I keep on doing that now...and my cigarette consumption has gone down by 50%...

5 everyday...

Couple of years ago it was 10 everyday...then I reduced it one by one on daily basis....now I have reached 5 everyday....

It can be boring sometimes...but it contributes to the overall lesser stress levels...
