What is your definition of happiness?

For me it's a nice meal...or a meal of my choosing each time...

for me is a nice brisk firepit at sunset, some slow old school country music playing softly, one hand on the ass of my woman the other grabbing a cold af beer, im shredded, rich, powerful, satisfied, my house is in order, my loved ones are taken care of, all is right with the universe, my woman is stunning, morette, beautiful, a smile to die for, a supportive, real ****ing woman, a partner for life. maybe kids, but it's too soon for that, one thing at the time

anyway, our brain aint built to keep us happy, it's built to keep us alive. so we will always fight it and happiness is nothing but momentary, no matter what you want, when you reach it, you ll find new problems, your brain will do that for you
I got this

Healthy and happy family. Having children and seeing them thrive. Not having to worry about financials.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
