Need some job related advice

Current job : Nurse
Shift work - AM, PM, Night
Work is so so…deal with lot of agressive mental patients …. Physical/verbal. have made some great friends at work though
Take about 1.5 hours driving daily
Use about $10 tolls every day.

New Job if I accept - Case Manager
9-5 job
3 minute walking distance
Work wise likely easier as not based on hospital….possibly desk type job with occasional going out to meet people

Likely about 10k pay cut

Unsur what to do….will miss my old co-workers but psychiatric ward is pretty **** …. Lots of physical verbal aggression and we nurses have like no power…
